Rick Pearson and Lily Dyu

Rick Pearson is the Section Editor at Runner's World, the UK's largest sport magazine. A sub-3hr marathon runner, Rick is also a keen fastpacker, completing the South Downs Way earlier this year, alongside large stretches of the North Downs Way. In August, he's taking part in the North Downs Way 100-mile race.

Lily Dyu is the author of Fastpacking (Cicerone, 2018) and a highly experienced ultrarunner and fastpacker. Based in the Brecon Beacons, Lily loves nothing more than exploring the UK countryside on foot. Her fastpacking adventures include the Coast-to-Coast challenge in the UK and the Manaslu Mountain Trail Race in Nepal.
