We started RTG in early 2019 hosting a series of seminars and workshops on the Perimenopause. Our goal is to share information on how nutrition and exercise can help to ease symptoms during this next phase of our lives.
We are extremely excited about our next project which is a 4-week online course on the Perimenopause, starting on Jan 18th 2021.
