Founded by an ex Navy Commando with 2 decades of experience working in mental health crisis teams and a survival skills instructor for the Royal Marines, our sessions are designed as a mental health safety net for all veterans.

From sitting around a fire with a warm wet, chatting with fellow veterans, to participating in woodcraft, woodland management, or wild cooking, we're all about building a community of support.

There is no requirement to talk to us however our veteran team has experience in offering mental health support and it's there if you want it.
