Rose Unwin is a certified Contrast Therapy Instructor and thermal stress expert. She is one of 25 people in the world trained by world-renowned metabolic scientist, Dr Susanna Søberg. Rose has a bespoke wellness garden in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire, kitted out with a large barrel sauna, a refreshing outdoor shower, two cold plunge tubs and an al fresco dining area.

Rose runs a mixture of transformative health and wellness events as well as offering group public contrast therapy sessions.

Rose's ETHOS is that good healthy living is the best prevention against modern lifestyle illnesses, like mental health issues, obesity, diabetes and heart disease. Prevention is better than a cure.
