RSPB Coombes Valley

Coombes Valley is a beautiful woodland nature reserve near Leek, in the Staffordshire Moorlands. In spring the carpet of bluebells is stunning to see, you may also catch a glimpse of a pied flycatcher or redstart. Wonderful butterflies and orchids abound in summer and in autumn and winter, thrushes and finches are regular visitors.

The RSPB is the country’s largest nature conservation charity, inspiring everyone to give nature a home. Together with our partners, we protect threatened birds and wildlife so our towns, coast and countryside will teem with life once again. We play a leading role in BirdLife International, a worldwide partnership of nature conservation organisations.  All proceeds from this event will help to give nature a home here in the Midlands.

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) is a registered charity: England and Wales no. 207076, Scotland no. SC037654.
