She has successfully transformed her world of shame and pain into one of purpose and joy, using her own recovery to inspire hope, possibility and opportunity.

Prior to her sobriety, she lived the corporate high life beginning in London, and continued her career into South East Asia. Executive burnout deteriorated into living hell as her dependency on the “proverbial” bottle continued to escalate, taking over her life as well as nearly ending it.

Her wake up call gave her a second chance. She is committed to sharing her recovery process through public speaking to help as many people as she can.
