Niki Wibrow has worked a a Fitness Teacher, Presenter, Commentator, Celebrity Personal Trainer and Consultant all over the world for the past 25 years. Niki is probably best known for choreographing and presenting four best selling Celebrity Fitness DVDs. She has worked as a personal trainer to many TV celebrities including Sara Cox, Lisa Faulkner, Angela Griffin, Zoe Lucker and Sian Reeves.

Niki has appeared on many TV shows including This Morning, Breakfast TV, The Generation Game, Richard & Judy, Angela & Friends, Blue Peter, Not Fit for TV (Channel 4) She has also worked extensively selling fitness products on the QVC shopping channel.

Niki has also presented at the highest level, performing at the majority of Fitness Conventions around the world.  And has worked as a consultant for many leading spas/hotel in the UK and abroad helping to set up their consumer fitness facilities (Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa, Champneys, La Source and Le Sport) As well as training their staff.

Niki has written for many newspapers and magazine titles and is a resident Fitness Expert for BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Radio Essex. She is also currently the face of Netflix Fitness, presenting their latest on demand exercise modules. She is also the creator of Bath Yoga in association with Matalan Direct of which she is the Brand Ambassador. Niki owns Sadhana Yoga offering bespoke Yoga classes throughout the Kelvedon and Feering Area.
