Salute to the Sun Yoga

Mind, body and you; yoga energises your body and calms your mind. You can choose to practice yoga online, via a video or at a seasonal workshop. Yoga classes and workshops are friendly, fun and supportive. Ladies, gentlemen, beginners and all levels are welcome. We show variations of yoga poses so you can choose what feels good for you and then unwind, ending with a blissful, guided meditation.
