Sara has been teaching one to one and group classes for 9 years, she is a trained PT & Yoga instructor in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, Mandala Vinyasa, Yin Yoga & the Meridians, Buti yoga, Buti Flow & methodology.

Sara’s passion lies with Buti Yoga, Yin Yoga, Mandala, Rocket, Vinyasa Flow and Dancehall Dance classes. The power of Yoga connects the mind and the body; Sara loves the stillness & the magic of Yin Yoga but on the other side her teachings on the more dynamic side are all about fluidity of movement. Sara uses the power of music too; not necessarily just healing sounds but songs that are even commercially heard especially when teaching dynamic or Buti Yoga. Allowing yourself to get lost in the movement reminding you to stay connected to your breath.

Yoga grows with time & patience is the greatest tool to assist in our journey down the scenic route of ourselves. Each session is a journey; some days are easy & the mind is calm & the body is light & responsive; other days the mind is running wild and the body feels like wet cement. This is where we learn to breathe deeply & remain detached. The postures are not the goal, they access deeper internal awareness and healing.

Personal insights begin to manifest and we become aware of what we put into our bodies and how we interact with the world around us.
