Sarah McLusky Yoga

I discovered yoga in the early 1990s whilst a student in Edinburgh. I've been practicing regularly ever since and in 2020 I trained as a hatha yoga instructor with Newcastle Yoga School. I am a 200h accredited yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I teach a relaxed style of yoga - this is a no-headstand zone - and I am particularly enthusiatic about making yoga more inclusive and accessible.

I am also a runner. I'm not fast, but I have completed two half marathons (Greath North Run in 2017 and Run Mhor in 2019) and I'm currently training for the Edinburgh Half Marathon if it goes ahead in May 2021. I credit yoga for the fact that I have been running injury free for nearly 10 years. I'm a member of Vegan Runners UK.

I am originally from Scotland, but based in beautiful Whitley Bay, North East England. Due to the current COVID restrictions, I am currently only teaching online. Visit my Facebook page for the latest updates.
