SARAP

We are SARAP or ‘delicious’ to all you English speaking folk. That’s what we expect you to say after sinking your teeth into one of our tasty morsels.


Our menu concept is based around Filipino flavours and ingredients with a London twist, all served on sharing plates for you and your comrades to arm-wrestle over. In a nutshell we want to create a relaxed Filipino tapas style dining experience.

 

SARAP is run by Ferdinand Montoya who has worked in several restaurants in Sydney and London including the Michelin Starred Restaurant Story, Soho House & Co and currently Head Chef at Brooksbys Bar & Kitchen.
