Save British Farming

Save British Food is a non-political organisation which was formed in response to the challenges posed by the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA) for British food producers and in the believe that insufficient government attention is being given to food production: not only as one of the UK’s largest industrial sectors but also as an industry whose production systems are ripe to benefit from the epoch-defining fourth industrial revolution.

We believe our activities will benefit our country and we are building support and networks throughout the UK. British food producers deserve a stronger voice in UK industrial policy formation. Their businesses are in danger of missing out on the many advances and collaborations that will be necessary to ensure a progressive and prosperous future for one of Britain’s most important industries: one whose production systems are at the heart of the country’s transition to net-zero and one whose geographic spread puts it at the heart of the government’s levelling-up agenda.
