The Development Education Centres (DECs) are in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness and cover all Scottish Local Authorities from these regional bases.

DECs are funded by the Scottish Government to offer no-cost high quality Professional Learning in Global Citizenship, within the wider framework of Learning for Sustainability.
