Shameema Yousuf

Shameema (Shams) Yousuf is a HCPC registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist, Mental Health Counsellor and AASP Certified Mental Performance Consultant. She operates out of private practice in SW London,UK and Harare, Zimbabwe. Her clientelle are international in USA, Europe, Asia and Africa and in performance domains range from elite professional and Olympic athletes, to junior performers, executives, artists and financiers. She was previosly lead Sport pSycologist for the Womens and Girls Program at BHAFC. In clincal mental health service, Shams works with Barnados to support their staff and provides tele mental health support to clients and athletes in private practice. In addition to this work Shams commits to volunteer projects in Africa and is actively involved in publishing her work.
