Patrizia is the founder of She Stands — a brand created to help women realign with their vision, rebuild clarity, and take intentional action in their lives.

Her work in leadership and facilitation began in 2010, when she travelled across the UK delivering interactive workshops for young people focused on conflict resolution, personal progression, and life achievement.

In 2011, she co-founded The Collective, a platform supporting talented young men and women who were struggling to step into their potential. Through live events, production, and curated spaces, she helped bring emerging talent together under one roof and create opportunities for visibility and growth.

In 2016, her work and community impact were featured in Growth Magazine in recognition of the movement she was building.

Today, through She Stand and the She Who Plans series, Patrizia supports women in reclaiming clarity, structure, and confidence — helping them stand firmly for who they are becoming.
