SheSizzles Pole and Dance Fitness

SheSizzles mission is to help people become more strong, supple, fit and confident through our Sassy ChairDanceFit fitness classes, PoleDance fitness courses, PoleSilks and Flexibility/Yoga classes. The SheSizzles team combine their knowledge and extensive experience as professional Contemporary Dancers, Podium Dancers, Vegas Showgirls, Pole Performers, Burlesque Performers and Accredited PoleDance, Aerial, Dance, Aerobics and Yoga Instructors to provide a fun, safe and accepting dance space for women of all ages and sizes to work out -with a giggle! SheSizzles is all about fitness, confidence and wellbeing for all. The whole SheSizzles team love helping women get more "Sizzle" into their life through dance and movement. Our PoleDance classes are small, nurturing and above all fun where you receive personal attention and help, so you achieve your fitness goals. PoleDance Fitness is a great way to increase your strength, stamina and confidence and our range of courses from Beginners to SuperAdvanced keep you motivated and there are always lots of 'pole goals' to work towards. It isn’t just the pole that holds you up in our classes - it’s the warm feelings of support, encouragement and shared goals with like minded women.All our classes are suitable for complete beginners - to dance and fitness. Many students say "I'm not strong enough to pole dance!" - or 'Im not flexible enough"......well SheSizzles gets you strong and supple!! The environment and the instructors are warm, friendly and encouraging. You don’t have to have a dance background of any kind to start classes with us and our instructors hold qualifications in dance as well as in fitness so you are in sassy, safe and very understanding hands! We have particular expertise in working with women who are nervous and anxious too, so don’t worry - we will soon have you at ease and spinning, dance and flexing away.One of the most popular benefits of our classes is the buzz you get exercising in a fun and nurturing environment, which reconnects you with the confident and powerful person you know you can be. Not just for women, SheSizzles can offer mixed and/or men only classes by request. We have taught classes to the Halesworth Young Farmers, Suffolk MIND, teachers and other mental health professionals for their team building days.
