Sizzle Grills

I have spent at least 13 years in the southern cone. I learnt the skill and artistry of cooking over fire during an extended trip around Central and Southern Argentina in an old VW Camper van. Not only did we find our beloved dog Sizzle whilst cooking meat in Capilla del Monte in Cordoba Province but I became completely besotted by the simplicity and beauty of cooking on fire.
