Social Care Ideas Factory (SCIF) is a Glasgow-based International community that specialise in ideas that change lives. This can only be done by connecting with people and communities that are rarely heard.
SCIF has a track record since 2006, as an introducer, connector and proven networker who has a specialty in designing and delivering themed engagement activities, conversations and events with people, organisations and Public sector partners working across the continuum of disparate communities, health, wellbeing and social care.
Over the past few years, SCIF’s local and national government commissions have focused on Self-directed Support, Public Service Reforms, Early Years & Parenting, Health & Social Care Integration and Service Provider representation. SCIF work from a community development and strengths based approach.
SCIF are interested in collaborative 'sharing' economies, resilience with people with overlapping threats, and are currently growing 'Sherpa Union' -an International self-leadership from the community up people movement.
