Soul Trail Wellbeing C.I.C offer wellbeing walks and health workshops to the community.
Our wellbeing walks and sessions aim to:
- Lower stress & anxiety
- Aid relaxation
- Connect with nature & other people
- Improve confidence
- Provide learning opportunities
Walks aim to also improve health and fitness and offer a safe space to talk – all whilst enjoying the outdoors!
Our activities and collaborations have included mindfulness outdoors, foraging, nordic walking, hikes, food & health workshops to name a few. Get in touch if you would like us to host a wellbeing session!
