We are an independent, multi-award winning distillery based in Bolney, Sussex. Using pressed grapes from the finest small batch Sussex Sparkling wine producers to create delicate fruity, smooth, and complex spirits. Wonderfully sustainable! Our waste pomace is then used to fertilise Trenchmore Farm’s Apple Orchard.
