Avik is the current owner of Sporting Therapy. He has been practising yoga for 19 years and has been trained as an instructor for 5 years. His passion for vinyasa flow makes this classic perfect for those wanting to exercise, stretch and energise themselves ahead of a busy day.

HAVER

Founded in 2017, haver is a Manchester-based porridge pop up. Serving homemade, often elaborate combinations, haver's mission is to put breakfast on our rainy city's map, one oat at a time. All dishes are plant-based and served in recyled, fully compostable pots. A sprinkling of salt can make a world of difference.
