Sprout Ideas work in creativity and improvisation.

We are improvisation and applied improvisation specialists working across performance, education and organisational contexts. We sit at the intersection of theatre craft and human development, using improvisation as both an artistic form and a methodology for learning.

We design and facilitate workshops for universities, drama schools, creative institutions and organisations, focusing on communication, creativity, collaboration, presence and wellbeing.
