STOKED is run by Jake and Amie Townley who also run Jake's Cured Meats based in Longtown, Herefordshire.
Since graduating from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts specialised chef scholarship, Jake has gained some valuable knowledge and experience working with world renowned chefs at top restaurants such as Nathan Outlaw's michelin starred 'Outlaws at the Capital' (London, United Kingdom) and René Redzepi's two michelin starred 'Noma' (Copenhagen, Denmark)
Jake set up STOKED with the intention of seeing the culinary process right through from start to finish. He butchers all the animals here at the farm and cooks the meat over fire right outside the beautifully restored oak framed barn, where guests can enjoy a very real and authentic farm to fork experience.
