Our UK team is 16-strong, and all of our directors and senior consultants have held posts as head of bid/proposal management for major companies, and hold APMP Professional certification (the highest level qualification available). Many of us have also worked in procurement, and we conduct extensive research with buyers and sellers.
We support clients in four main areas:
- Helping them to benchmark and improve their proposal capabilities: we have numerous case studies of clients improving their win rates by 30% (or often far more).
- Working alongside their teams on live deals: we've helped to capture over £5bn of contracts in that past five years, with a win rate close to 90%.
- Building or refreshing libraries of pre-written proposal content, so staff can get to the latest and greatest material at the touch of a button.
- Training bid/proposal specialists, and others invovled in bidding (such as salespeople, content contributors and senior managers). Projects that we've run have won the top UK People Development Award for training in each of the past three years (with Capita in 2014, Vodafone in 2015 and WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff in October 2016).
