Hi, my name is David McAuley.

I struggled a lot with stress, anxiety and addictive patterns of behaviour throughout my life. I trained to be a Hypnotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher and Shamanic Practitioner. I am also a qualified Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Reiki practitioner.It's my belief that we can be the best version of ourselves, and be free from struggle, but we all sometimes need a little bit of support and guidance to awaken our own intuitive knowledge.I believe in the potential within us all, and that sometimes we just get a little stuck in our thoughts or in our patterns of behaviour.Hypnotherapy and Shamanism have been of huge benefit in my recovery and I am sure they will be for you too.
