Supporter Experience Network

This is a network for professionals working in the UK charity sector to meet up, listen to talks, discuss challenges, and further best practice in improving supporter engagement, supporter journeys, and the supporter experience.

 

Purpose

 

The network's aim is to facilitate cross-sector discussion, learning and networking for Supporter experience and journey professionals, and related roles.

 

Membership

 

Membership/attendance to the network will be open to all UK charities. Charities will need to self-identify whether the group will be relevant to them and should limit membership to two people.

 

Meetings

 

Regular meetings are held every quarter with network members hosting on a rotating basis in central London. Meetings last for approximately 3 hours with optional networking time at the end.
