I walk this path as a medicine woman in the making— learning how to listen by tending to my own wounds. My journey began with a need to heal. My childhood shaped me in ways I couldn’t name for years; a nervous system that never felt safe, relationships built on survival, and a self-image formed in the absence of truth . I stepped into this work because I had to. Because my body was asking to be heard. And now here I am! Trying to guide others on this path.

Reiki opened the door to this world 10 years ago. Human Design gave me language for what I’d always felt, and to accept myself a little better. Spiritus breathwork cracked me wide open. And cacao, with its quiet wisdom, continues to teach me how to listen. These practices didn’t just support me—they transformed me. They helped me meet the parts of myself shaped by pain, and begin again.

I still have plenty of work to do. I offer tools—breath, sound, energy, and reflection—that have supported me, in the hope they might support you too. My sessions are intuitive, gentle, and grounded in presence. I resonate with authenticity, not performance. I meet people where they are, because I’ve been there too.

This work is for anyone who’s tired of pretending they’re fine. For those whose bodies are still holding stories they haven’t had words for. You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be willing.
