Susanne Masters

Susanne works with distillers on ingredient selection. Recent projects include gins for the Isle of Harris Distillery and Boatyard Distillery in Fermanagh.  Susanne writes about botanicals in beverages including features and essays for the American Distilling Institute ‘Distiller’ and Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew ‘Teas, Tonics and Tipples’. Susanne has explored juniper and gin with a global perspective from Iceland to Bhutan and South Africa.
