We run Sussex Forest Activity days for children ageing from 5 to 14yrs and 2 hour sessions for 5 to 14yrs, family days and groups are also welcome:

  • During the day children will
  • Work as a team
  • Activities to boost self esteem and confidence
  • Use gross and fine motor skills
  • Social interaction
  • Evaluate and take risks
  • Games
  • Learning to cooperate and communicate
  • Cooking
  • Problem solve
  • Creating and making
  • Tool use
  • Fire lighting
  • Making rope swings and dens
  • and so much more, and this can be done in a safe and beautiful surrounding.

Children are able to grow in confidence and meet other children through playing in the outdoors without the confines or restrictions they may often come across in other environments.

All the gadgets and phones are not allowed on site this encourages conversations to flow and imaginations to bloom.

The only thing they may bring home is......dirty clothes and a smile.
