Suzanne is known for her signature 6 month and 30 day health coaching programs enabling anyone living a stressful lifestyle to say goodbye to stubborn weight-gain, sleepless nights and unhealthy cravings. Each program is uniquely tailor designed for each client but her speciality is gluten, dairy and sugar-free living. She works with private individuals and corporate clients, as well as sharing her knowledge at her innovative holistic workshops, wellness events and retreats.

 

Combined with her love of yoga and nutrition,  Suzanne is also a prolific writer and has an active blog and social media presence with a loyal and growing following. She has been featured in and had her articles published in magazines such as Yogalife, Shape, Women's Health & Fitness and What’s On.
