My name is Suzanne Sharkey. I am an investor (cash buyer, flipper, residential real estate developer) in Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I led Pace Morby's Subto New England regional group from 2021-2023. I now manage a 17,000-member contractor group in NH and MA.
