System Surgery
System Surgery is initiated by Tana Lucker and Savannah Theis. We are group facilitators, trained in Processwork. Interested in forms of collective care, we offer facilitated sessions to support people working towards regenerative social change and a more life-affirming culture.
Processwork holds that seeds of the way forward can be found within the issue we are facing. Attention and awareness can support these to come to life. The systemic framework of this approach compares to the idea of a fractal: information for the whole system can be found within individual parts or momentary interactions and experiences.
Our project is informed by the questions, ‘what kind of world do we want to create?’ and ‘how can we live that world in this moment?’ We care deeply about social justice and working towards a world that celebrates, centres, and values diversity. We are dedicated to working in an anti-oppressive way. This is a continuous learning process for us, which we welcome feedback around.
