Janet is based in Enfield and gained her sales experience by working in direct sales in Xerox for 7 years, before going on to head up business development in a private college in East London for 17 years.

Since setting up Tadpole Training, Janet has reached the finals of The APCTC Trainer of the Year 2015, ISMM Sales Trainer of the Year 2016 & 2017 and was winner of Enterprise Enfield's Business Startup of the Year 2015. She has been featured in The Guardian, Mumsnet and this year will be speaking at The Business Show at ExCel, London.

She specialises in helping small business owners to overcome the fear of selling, through short courses, training sales teams and providing one to one coaching and has recently published a book "Small Business Sales Dilemmas".

Mark is a qualified Marketer (Member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, MCIM) with over 20 years commercial experience working for blue chip organisations (BT Plc, P&H, EDF Energy). 
He is the founder of Sparks4Growth Ltd. who specialise in Digital Marketing strategy and solutions for Small to Medium sized businesses. 
Mark thrives on meeting business owners, listening to their objectives and then through careful pragmatic analysis unlocking new seams of valuable business.
