Take Office

Take Office is a leadership development program that supports women in exploring public policy, politics, and running for public office.

Our first program ran as "Pathways to Politics: Women Taking the Lead" at Columbia University, and programs have run since 2021 virtually, in New York City and Paris, France, training women from across the U.S., Canada and Paris, France. In 2025, the Take Office Local Leader program will bring our cutting-edge women's leadership development programming to many more communities across the country and virtually. Take Office is open to all who support leadership development and the advancement of women.
