Tamsin Chambers, Presence Coaching & Facilitation

Tamsin has been practising mindfulness since 2014, having discovered it as a tool for managing her own wellbeing - juggling the often hectic busy-ness of life as a parent and full-time manager in a corporate environment.  She continues to develop her mindfulness as a philosophy for living and working; believing that everyone can be happier and achieve more if they can learn to be more present in their own lives.

Tamsin has studied with Youth Mindfulness to qualify to deliver their 'Mindfulness for Life' course intended for adults.  She has also completed a post-graduate course in Executive Coaching and is experienced in delivering training to a variety of audiences.

Tamsin runs a fortnightly local practice group, which graduates of her 8-week Mindfulness for Life course are welcome to join if they would like to continue their practice in a group,

Tamsin is fully insured and follows the Good Practice Guidelines published by the UK Network for Mindfulness-based Teachers.
