Team Torri
The event is being held by Natalie Stranger, who sadly lost her daughter, Torri, aged 13 in 2023 after a five-year battle with leukaemia.
TeamTorri was set up to raise funds to give back whilst going through the cancer journey but now it’s in memorial of her daughter to raise money to help other local families affected by childhood cancer. Since it was created in 2018, TeamTorri has raised more over £150k which has been shared with local charities and organisations that treat children with cancer and support loved ones along with supporting vital research, including Julia's House, Salisbury Hospital's Stars Appeal, Teddy20, Young lives Verses Cancer and Children with Cancer UK. Now they also support families directly too.
"Torri was unfortunate to have go through all she did yet we are grateful for the support we received by local charities and organisations during the hardest times..... We want to raise money to help other local families in the same situation. Torri loved a social gathering"
