I am an experienced SEN practitioner and a parent who has personally navigated the complex process of applying for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). My work is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, giving me a unique understanding of the challenges families face. Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is not just my profession – it’s deeply personal to me. I have walked this journey with my own child, which fuels my passion and commitment to making a difference for others.
I specialise in working with children experiencing Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) and guiding them through key transition points — from Year 5 preparation for secondary school to post-16 support. I am dedicated to creating personalised transition strategies that reduce anxiety, build confidence, and ensure every young person has the opportunity to thrive.
