That Science Lady

Hi! I’m Kathryn, AKA That Science Lady, a teacher and primary science consultant based in West Yorkshire. I’ve taught across the primary age range, and am currently working in Year 5.

I'm a Primary Science Teacher Trust College Fellow, a title I was honored to receive following winning their 'Science Teacher of the Year Award' in 2016. I've also been an active member of the Association for Scienc Education for 6 years, regularly presenting sessions at their conferences and attending CPD events to improve my own practice. I have been awarded 'National STEM Expert' status by STEM Learning, and am currently an Associate CPD Facilitator for the organisation.

In recent years, I have worked for The Royal Society, Cambridge Assessment, the University of Leeds, and the Singapore Ministry of Education, facilitating CPD and creating teacher support materials.
