Promoting and representing Jersey Architects - The Association of Jersey Architects supports and promotes quality of design of buildings in Jersey and local Jersey Architects, both on-island and internationally.
Local Architects understand what high quality design means, and more importantly, what it means in Jersey's context. We blend off-Island professional training and on-Island experience to deliver the very best architectural solutiuons, suiting requirements of our Client's, Jersey context and the location.
The AJA organise monthly Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Seminars for AJA Members. These CPD Seminars are generally sourced from RIBA CPD Providers Network and majority are RIBA CPD Accredited, giving attendees an authorised 1 hour of certified CPD at each event. These Seminars are normally held between 12.30 to 2.00pm in the Parish of St Helier Town Hall, but check venue details for each event.
We welcome CIAT Members, JeCC Members and members of other Jersey Construction Professional / Contracting Organisations to attend AJA CPD Seminars, without charge when costs of holding the Seminar is paid for by the presenters themselves. Details are given for each event. This CPD Seminar programme assists AJA Members with meeting ARB’s requirement to maintain competence & RIBA mandatory obligation for their Members to undertake a minimum of 37 hours of CPD relevant to their work every year.
