The Black British Business Awards

The Black British Business Awards program was launched in 2014 and remains the only premium awards program that recognises and celebrates the important contribution made by business professionals and entrepreneurs of black heritage, who represent the very best talent of all ages and across various sectors from all regions of the economy in Great Britain. The BBBAwards:

  • Focus on innovation, commercial excellence and business impact.
  • Transcend stereotypes, challenge unconscious bias and promote social mobility.
  • Inspire confidence in the strength of the ethnic minority talent pipeline across sectors.
  • Recognises and rewards exceptional role models and the businesses that support them.

The BBBAwards have enjoyed exceptional support from across the business and political spectrum, including endorsement by over 30 leading corporations, past and present Prime Ministers and Secretaries of State for Business. Our media sponsors have included The Telegraph and The London Evening Standard. Over 500 senior business leaders and rising stars attended the 2016 BBBAwards at The Grange, St Paul’s in the City of London.

More than a ceremony:

The BBBAwards is more than a ceremony. Our ambition from the outset was to become a powerful change agent for the wider Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) talent agenda, by creating a hub where businesses share ideas and commit to acting to create working environments for all talent to succeed.

This year’s BBBAwards ceremony will take place on Thursday, 19 October 2017. Please contact for tickets and sponsorship opportunities.
