The Disruptive HR Agency was created, because like many other people, we found ourselves constantly moaning about HR and its lack of impact, and so we thought we should do something about it.
We bring our experience of working in corporate HR roles at Director and Board level and combine strategic and operational HR expertise with a fresh but practical approach.
We genuinely believe we have something new to offer HRDs and CEOs, not because we think we know more than they do, but because together we know we can create irresistible places to work.

2. Mentoring. Providing HR/CEOs with a sounding board, research on the latest people trends and in-house workshops to shift the mind-sets of their team to deliver a fresh service.

4. Open and in-house workshops. Workshops that share the approaches to attracting, developing and managing people that are fresh and innovative – and of course disruptive!
