We work closely with businesses to help them develop and implement their IP strategies to capture the value in the IP they are developing and to manage the risks presented by IP rights of others, as well as helping them understand the role IP plays in supporting the success of their growing business.

Stephen Carter

The Intellectual Property Works was founded by Stephen Carter in 2018. Stephen is a European patent attorney and UK patent attorney with over 25 years of experience working in law firms in London, supporting the IP needs of clients ranging from start-ups to large corporations. Stephen’s ambition in setting up The Intellectual Property Works was to give ambitious start-ups and SMEs access to affordable but high-quality IP advice, tailored to their commercial needs and budgets.
