Jenni is a Mind and Wellbeing coach, breathwork facilitator, founder of Uplifted programme and The Mindful Soul.
Having suffered health and digestive issues herself for many years as well as experiencing chronic stress, chronic fatigue, and burnout. Jenni has seen first-hand how stress can negatively impact our lives. This led her to discover the power of coaching, breathwork and mindfulness.
Jenni mixes neuroscience, mindfulness techniques and the power of breathwork to help guide, support and empower you through your journey. A combination of these powerful tools creates a top down and bottom-up approach, to work on every level.
Through asking a series of illuminating questions, she unlocks new ways of thinking and taps into undiscovered insights which are used to create strong actions to help you move forward. Using breath techniques to slow the mind and reach a deeper state. To help with processing emotions and blocks, enhancing creativity, focus and productivity.
