The Mindfulness Journey

The Mindfulness Journey offers individual sessions and group courses in mindfulness/. Modern life can be stressful. Most of us are living with some form of challenge or another, such as a health condition, emotional pain, stress, anxiety or relationship issues. Mindfulness can give us the tools and resources necessary to cope with whatever is unfolding for us. The present moment can be a powerful doorway to peace, happiness, aliveness and resilience. Life is always here and now.

I am a fully certified Breathworks Mindfulness Facilitator with a personal meditation practice of over 20 years. I am also trained holistic therapist and have worked in the wellness field for over 15 years. Sessions and courses are available in London, online and can be delivered at your specific location for larger groups.
