Our vision is radical improvement in the way we care and are cared for. We believe a truly patient-centred approach – focussed on listening, understanding and responding to the needs of the whole individual – is essential to the delivery of the best possible quality of care.
The Point of Care Foundation helps to deliver this vision by providing evidence and resources to support health and care staff in the difficult work of caring for patients. Our work has grown out of the Point of Care programme at The King’s Fund (2007-2013) and maintains an evidence-based approach.
