The Sharing Circle

The Sharing Circle

The Sharing Circle is a culturally grounded, care-centred community created for Black neurodivergent women and women of Black heritage to gather, reflect and feel held.

We exist because many of us grew up without spaces that truly saw us. Spaces that understood the intersections of race, neurodiversity, gender and lived experience. Spaces where we could show up without masking, performing or explaining ourselves.

At The Sharing Circle, we centre care, community and culture.

Our gatherings are soft by design and rooted in psychological safety, belonging and lived experience.

We host regular online sessions, including our monthly gatherings held every last Friday of the month, offering calm, supportive spaces to pause, connect and reflect. Some sessions are speaker-led, while others are intentionally open, allowing space for rest, conversation and collective care.

Our events are not about productivity or fixing.

They are about presence.

You are welcome whether you want to speak or sit quietly.

You are welcome whether you are diagnosed, self-identified or exploring neurodivergence.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

No pressure. No perfection. Just presence.
