The Strilite Foundation, Inc.

Arkansas RAPPS is a community-based program of The Strilite Foundation, a 501 c 3 charity and serves as a 

HIV Prevention Grantee, Hepatitis C, and Community Connector contractor to offer linkage to care, health navigation and educational programming.The acronym outlines how we approach our work. It is our goal to "Reach, Affirm, Positive, Progressive, Systems," and determine the impact of both structural and environmental inequality on those at high risk for HIV infection.  

Our mission is to enhance the health and wellness of our community, which includes those who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and all people who live and work in our neighborhoods.
