The TMRW project is looking to the future of the hospitality industry in the UK. To succeed, to grow and to countinue developing this wonderful industry, is to support the people starting out. This project is about finding ways to do that.
This project evolved from Chefs of Tomorrow, it is a collaborative project founded by Dan Doherty and Anna Sulan Masing. The idea is it will encompass industry talks, developing networks and opportunities for those coming up in the British culinary world to connect across hospitality, and of course - Chefs of Tomorrow dinners! We hope to join up with people across the industry doing similar initiatives.
Chefs of Tomorrow began as an idea of Dan's to find a way for young chefs to grow, develop and connect with each other and others in the industry, he joined forces with Anna to create intimate dinners in an environment that allowed young chefs to grow. The TMRW project looks to develop those same ideas further, across the industry in both Front of House and Back of House.
