The Walk Works enables people through the power of walking! Walking is the best way to exercise sustainably, feel good and solve problems. Walking with others encourages communication and learning.

We organise occasional short introductory walks in Birmingham spaces, along canals and around town. We host longer themed walks and post-discussion walks. Just the thing to get you walking, talking and thinking.

You need to wear suitable clothing, especially good walking footwear.

Adults only. People of all ages and levels of fitness—especially beginners—extremely welcome.

These are events for men and women together unless stated.
