TOKKOU is a contemporary Japanese fashion house brand based in London with traditional Japanese roots at its core. TOKKOU’s cutting edge designs take inspiration from Japanese youth subculture culture Bousou-zoku. Run by juvenile delinquents in the early 1970s.
